Agricultural Offices Complex, Rawalpindi

Land of Agriculture Department (94 Kanals) was transferred to Health Department for construction of Urology Institute at Murrre Road Rawalpindi, on directions of Chief Minister Punjab. To adjust the Agriculture Department Offices, a summary for construction of Agricultural Offices Complex at Murree Road and Workshops at Adyala Road was approved by worthy Chief Minister Punjab. The land for the new construction of offices and workshops was proposed at the Floriculture Farm, (64 kanals) and at Barani Agricultural Training Institute Dhgal (33 kanals) Adyala Road, Rawalpindi, Government of the Punjab, Agriculture Department respectively. The project was originally approved by PDWP at a cost of Rs.212.987 million and due to enhancement in plinth area rates the project was revised at a cost of Rs.217.743 million for implementation during 2014-15 to 2015-16. Now, the project has again revised (2nd Revision) at a cost of Rs.254.336 million for implementation during 2014-15 to 2016-17 in DDSC meting held on 23.08.2016.
